When does MockupPro 3D spend credits?

Credits are reserved only when a signed-in user starts a paid-quality capture. Editing, media upload, camera adjustment, and watermarked draft captures do not spend paid credits.

Can I export without credits?

Yes. Watermarked draft presets remain available, including PNG 1x and 1080p video up to 12 seconds.

What happens if a paid browser export fails?

The export finalization path marks the capture as failed and returns reserved credits through an internal refund ledger entry.

MockupPro 3D keeps editing open. You can compose a mockup, adjust media, tune camera settings, and use watermarked draft presets without spending paid credits. Credits are for paid-quality, watermark-free output. At the current V1 rate, 120 monthly Pro credits covers roughly 40 4x PNG captures, 40 4K 12s videos, or 6 full 4K 60s videos.

Credits are reserved, then finalized.

Paid captures reserve credits server-side before browser rendering starts. If the local browser export succeeds, the export is finalized. If it fails, the server marks it failed and returns the reserved credits.

Watermarked draft capture remains available without credits. Signed-in users can use Pro credits or credit packs for sharper watermark-free exports when campaign-ready output is worth the spend.
